Recent WorkNDIS Unit Carpentry in Shellharbour
Trademark Construction was the carpentry contractor for four NDIS-compliant units in Shellharbour.

The brief
Four NDIS-compliant units needed to be built from the slab up. The work covered all of the carpentry for the project.
We carry out this work as a carpentry contractor; Trademark Construction is able to subcontract to larger construction companies and is also happy to work with owner builders on new builds.
What we built
We completed all of the timber framing for the four units, then installed the cladding, eaves, windows and sliding doors. In short, we built the full structure to lock-up. The units are now finished, occupied homes.
Materials and finishes
The units are prefab timber frame construction. The cladding was an unusual pre-finished product that did not need painting, giving a clean, durable result straight off the wall and saving a full paint stage on site.
The challenges we solved
The concrete slab was well out of level. We re-set it with a laser level across the whole site and packed up the second storey to bring everything true.
As an NDIS build, it carried strict engineering details and specifications, which we followed closely to hold a consistent, accessible floor height across every unit.
The result
All four units were handed over level, square and to spec. Everyone was happy, and the homes are now lived in.
Let’s build something lasting.
