Recent WorkTwo-Level Deck in Mount Pleasant
A two-level deck with a privacy screen, built in treated pine to a tight budget — backyard and spa access sorted.

This two-level deck in Mount Pleasant made an unusable backyard work. Trademark Construction built it to a tight budget, with access through to the spa area.
The brief
The client wanted to make their backyard usable and create access to a spa area. The whole job had to work within a tight budget.
What we built
We built a two-level deck with a privacy screen under an existing roof structure. The result is a functional outdoor area with improved access between spaces.
Materials and finishes
The project used treated pine throughout. It kept costs down while still delivering a practical, durable deck.
The challenges we solved
There were no major structural challenges on this one. The layout did require a change in decking direction to suit the geometry of the space.
The result
The finished deck provides a usable, connected outdoor space. Even with the budget constraints, the outcome met the brief and the client was happy with the result.
